§    (i) Submission of relevant form via eMPF Platform web portal and mobile app: 4pm of each working day      

    (ii) Postage of relevant form (as per the time of form receipt by eMPF Platform): 4pm of each working day

§  Bank account and MPF account enquiry simultaneously via single login by using e-banking platform of Bank of Communications  

§  Provide the latest MPF information and other privileges monthly 

§  Arrange free MPF seminars regularly for MPF regulations update
