The Company's Pledge

  The Company strictly adhere to the requirements set out in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and other law in relation to visitors' and customers' information. In particular, the Company will follow the Data Protection Principles set out in Schedule 1 of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

Collection and use of visitors' information

  (a) Recording the visit
    When the visitors visit this web site, the Company will mark the record of such visit. This information will be used by the Company only for the following purposes:
    (i) To record the visitors' Internet protocol address and the web-sites the visitors have visited for keeping statistics and for the Company to provide the visitors with promotional materials relating to our products or related services. The visitors may choose not to receive such promotional materials by contacting Data Protection Officer of the Company.
    (ii) To keep statistics of customers' preferences by use of "Cookies". "Cookies" are small bits of data that are automatically stored on the web browser in the visitors' computer that can be retrieved by this web site. Please rest assured, however, that no information stored on the visitors' hard disk can be retrieved by the Company.   (b) When the visitors use or apply for our services
    If the visitors are our customer and are using the Company's services on-line, or if the visitors are a visitor and are applying for the Company's services on-line, the Company may collect information from the visitors. Failure to provide such information to the Company may result in the Company being unable to entertain such visitor's application for such services or products. Further, in case the visitors provide such information to the Company over the Internet, the visitors shall bear the associated risks which are set out under Internet Communications in the Disclaimer. Also, in addition to carrying out the visitors' instructions to the Company or facilitating the process of the visitors' application for use of the services provided by the Company, information so collected from the visitors may also be used for purposes set out in the Personal Information Collection Statement.
  Other than the above purposes, the Company will not use information collected from the visitors for other purposes unless the visitors have expressly agreed to such purposes.

Protecting visitors' information

  (a) Restriction on disclosure
    The Company will not disclose information collected from the visitors to any third party unless the Company have obtained the visitors' consent or are permitted or obliged to do so by law.
  (b) Data security
    The Company only allows its authorized employees to have access to information collected from the visitors to ensure that such information will not be used for unauthorized purpose, or be altered or erased accidentally. The Company also uses encryption technology to protect transmission of your sensitive personal information.
  (c) Retention of information
    The Company retains records of all on-line transactions for verification and checking purposes. When the information becomes unnecessary, the Company will destroy them.

  The Company maintains and operates this web site in The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("Hong Kong") and the distribution or use of the information contained or services or products provided herein may be prohibited or restricted in other jurisdictions. The visitors using this web site outside Hong Kong should make independent investigations to ascertain whether the use of this web site or any services or products provided herein will contravene any local laws or regulations in any manner.
