1.	The Company's Pledge
	The Company strictly adhere to the requirements set out in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and other law in relation to visitors' and customers' information. In particular, the Company will follow the Data Protection Principles set out in Schedule 1 of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
2.	Collection and use of visitors' information
	(a)	Recording the visit
		When the visitors visit this web site, the Company will mark the record of such visit. This information will be used by the Company only for the following purposes:
		(i)	To record the visitors' Internet protocol address and the web-sites the visitors have visited for keeping statistics and for the Company to provide the visitors with promotional materials relating to our products or related services. The visitors may choose not to receive such promotional materials by contacting Data Protection Officer of the Company.

	(c)	Retention of information
		The Company retains records of all on-line transactions for verification and checking purposes. When the information becomes unnecessary, the Company will destroy them.
4.	Jurisdictions
	The Company maintains and operates this web site in The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("Hong Kong") and the distribution or use of the information contained or services or products provided herein may be prohibited or restricted in other jurisdictions.
